1. Ready-to-Wear Products
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.
In case of defective or damaged products, we will replace or refund the product after verification.
2. Sketch to Stitch / Custom Orders
All Sketch to Stitch orders are final and non-refundable, as these are custom-made according to your design specifications.
Cancellation is not allowed once the order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
Please double-check all design details before submitting your order.
3. Partial Refunds / Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for incorrect choices made by the customer (size, color, design) for custom orders.
